Due to the nature of our software, under most circumstances, Speeder Cheats does not offer refunds. The situation where we do offer refunds is as follows:
- If after your contacting Speeder Cheats via email ([email protected]) or Discord, we cannot get the software to work for you. The inoperability of the software must be apparent and NOT related to user error or incompetence (e.g. not reading the readme). Usual reasons include: the program crashing, the game crashing, or anything outside the user’s control. This can occur due to incompatibility with the user’s PC. In such a situation, the user will be granted a full refund. Please note that an attempt must be made to contact Speeder Cheats to verify that the program is not working before a refund will be considered. If Speeder Cheats does not respond within 24 hours, you have the right to request a full refund.
Once your refund is accepted, we will process the return payment within 24 hours to your original payment method. Additional wait time will be incurred by the payment processor used. Please note that you will be unable to use the program (i.e. log in) once a refund has been requested. For this reason, please ensure you have tried all available solutions in the readme before requesting a refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Speeder Cheats does not offer transfers from one membership to another, except under the following condition:
- The customer mistakenly purchased the wrong membership. In this situation, Speeder Cheats will change the customer’s membership to the desired membership, assuming the memberships cost the same. If there is a price discrepancy, Speeder Cheats will refund the incorrectly purchased membership AFTER the customer purchases the correct membership. Please understand this is done to prevent abuse (i.e. the customer pretending to have purchased the wrong membership for the sole purpose of receiving a refund). A request for a transfer must be initiated within 24 hours of payment.
