New lines added to config:
19) If the distance between a mob and your character is less than this number, it will be teleported to your character if line 16 is active. Basically, how far away you want the mob vacuum to work (i.e. the radius). 0 = as far as possible.
20) How far away from your character to teleport the mobs. 0 = on top of you.
These additions require updating Speeder to version 23.
