If set to 1, line 36 will now disable instant block/dodge if a non-melee weapon is equipped. This should prevent situations where aiming (i.e., holding down right click) would trigger instant block.
Found some promising offsets for aiming assist that worked after zoning and restarting PC. Hopefully these will work better in mutations and after zoning.
