New World Passthrough Option for Macros

I've been meaning to add this for a while since there are situations where you want to create a macro for a key and still want that key to activate as normal. This is now possible by adding pass=0 or pass=1 to your macros. If pass=1, the key used to activate the macro will not be interrupted by the macro. To illustrate what this does:

[81|256]
keys=ca+|81d
endkeys=81u|ca-
pass=0

[81|256]
keys=ca+
endkeys=ca-
pass=1

As you can see, with pass=1, I do not need to use 81d/81u because the Q key (81) will not be interrupted by Speeder.

This requires updating Speeder to version 104.
