Quick heavies and potentially other hacks are back.
The following macro/waymark command has been added:
- "smat[minimum animation timer]" — If the current animation timer is less than "minimum animation timer," it will be set to "minimum animation timer." This is a very effective hack for increasing the speed of all your melee animations. It allows you to initiate your heavy attacks instantly by tricking the game into thinking the "charge" animation has already progressed beyond a certain point. It is also useful for light attacks and allows you to perform your combos very quickly. Unlike the "sat" command, this command does not cancel the animation (unless you set the timer too high) and allows you to proceed through your entire combo. Also, unlike the "sat" command, this command must be called every time you want to adjust the timer. Example:

repeat=2 - Press the G key. Now try spamming left click (or your attack key). All your animations will be sped up by 300 milliseconds. This macro is not particularly useful in and of itself, but it will give you an idea of what you can achieve with it. Ideally, you will want to assign it to specific animations using the "aid" command, such as "keys=aid2129|smat0.3|dbg % expediting 2129."
