It is now possible to assign macros to the same key being pressed in the macro. For example, you can now set line 53 to 1, and your left click will automatically attack at the correct time. The same is true for line 57. You can also set a macro to your ability key, even if the macro needs to press the same key. For example:

Before, the "r" key press of the macro could interfere with the activation/deactivation of the macro itself because Speeder did not differentiate between the two.
These changes require updating Speeder to version 27.
