Fixed issue where reading a macro file could interfere with reading config file.
Adjusted macro threads so that only macros with interrupt=1 have their keys released when the macro ends. Physical keys (i.e., keys you are physically holding down) will never be released unless you have set line 78 to 1 in config.txt.
These fixes require updating Speeder to version 76.
