New camera settings:
54) If 1, and if Line 50 is 1 (or 2), the x axis (left/right) will not be adjusted due to mouse movement.
55) If 1, and if Line 50 is 1 (or 2), the y axis (up/down) will not be adjusted due to mouse movement.
56) A number between 0 and 1 that will determine camera sensitivity when using line 50.
