Final Fantasy XIV Auto-Accept Duty Fix & Auto-Extract Improvement

The "Auto-Accept Duty" function has been fixed.

Additional checks have been added to the Auto-Extract function to ensure the cursor moves correctly.

These changes require updating Speeder to version 20439.
