New chat command:
/settingsfile filename.ini — Tells Speeder to use "filename.ini" instead of Settings.ini. Make sure filename does not have spaces.
Speeder will reduce your movement by 75% at all times if you have Account for PVP Heavy ON and are afflicted by limp.
Changing settings while using a translation file should work properly.
This requires updating Speeder to the newest version.
