Final Fantasy XIV (CN) Casting Movement Hack Fix & Movement Hack Improvements

Casting Movement Hack has been fixed and greatly improved so that the camera will follow your avatar.

The Movement Speed Hack now works much better and will account for all buffs/debuffs if Movement Speed Hack Mode is set to 0.
