All ability macros can now be queue for specified lengths of time. For example, /mouseover 120 4000 will queue Cure and continue to queue it for 4000 milliseconds. However, if your GCD reaches any value between 0 and 0.5 non-inclusive, the queue will end, thus preventing a single button press from using the same ability twice.
This requires updating Speeder to the newest version.
