FFXIV KOR Bug Fixes - Speeder Cheats

Address for open windows has been fixed.

Packet hacks have been fixed. You will now need to utilize the "Game Path" setting to point to ffxiv_dx11.exe. Alternatively, you can place ffxiv_dx11.exe in the same folder as Speeder.
