I will make this automatic eventually, but for now, we have the following new settings:
how much to increase ship movement speed=0
# If you use "this virtual key code toggles ship speed on/off," this is the amount to add to your base speed.
this virtual key code toggles ship speed on/off=0
# This setting should be set to the virtual key code of the key you want to toggle ship speed on/off.
# You can also use this to have two separate speeds for regular movement.
Basically it's just a toggle between two speeds since ship speed is the same as character speed.
